To avoid the above situation, users can take some maintenance measures.

For example, during holidays, use the printer's cleaning program every 3-4 days to clean (wet) the ink channels or print nozzles with ink to prevent them from drying out and clogging the print nozzles and tubes. Some users believe that the ink cartridge should be removed and saved during holidays. However, this method is not appropriate because it not only makes the remaining ink in the printer nozzle dry faster and the print nozzle more prone to clogging, but also allows air to enter the ink outlet of the ink cartridge. This air is sucked into the print head, causing fatal damage to the print head. Therefore, once the ink cartridge is installed in the printer, it is best not to disassemble it easily.

If the working environment of the printer is too humid or dusty, some components of the inkjet printer and the print nozzle of the ink cartridge may be corroded and contaminated. Moreover, the working environment of the printer should not change too dramatically, otherwise the thermal expansion of the components will cause excessive wear and tear on the mechanical components, especially the plastic components of the ink cartridge and changes in the nozzle aperture can also affect the printing effect.
